2008 was another very busy year both with family & with the E-Z Chassis Swaps business. Both of my fab shop venders had extremely busy years, so kit production sometimes had to understandably take a "back burner" to their other main jobs. The new prototype kits were pushed back as well, but now are getting into the pre-production stage. Cost spikes in steel & shipping last summer has forced the prices of the production kits to increase. However, more parts will be offered in the future without increasing the total kit cost. Also we have upgraded to Polyurethane cab mounts to replace the previous rubber units.


We look forward to making new products and more new friends (customers) in 2009. Here are some of the specific kit goals for 2009:


Universal Kit:
Upgraded Bulkhead & Front box mounts will be used in future kits.

1941-1946 Chevy Kit;
An improved radiator support design will be used in the future kits.

1947-1953 Chevy Kit;
Additional parts to the kit include: Column shaft extension, Brake switch bracket, Dash-to-Column insert,

1954-1955a Chevy Kit;
Since the beds need to be lifted on these, we will be designing new "Bed Lift" supports.

1955-1959 Chevy "Caprice"Kit;
Production pieces of this kit has begun and hopefully the entire kit will be ready soon.

1955-1959 Chevy "Full-size"Kit;
Pre-production parts have been made and are now in the test-fitting stage.

1939-1940 Chevy Kit
1947-1953 Chevy Panel / Suburban Kit
1947-1953 Chevy Longbed Kit


Hey Ford Guys: Would there be enough demand to develop a "Ranger" series kit ?? Let me know ! Thinking of the 1940-1956 Ford pickup trucks.
